Office Cleaning FAQs

How much does office cleaning cost in Colorado Springs?
Office cleaning costs depend on your space and schedule, so we send a proposal after a free on-site walkthrough instead of using a set rate. The biggest factors are square footage, how often you need service, the number of restrooms, floor types and the scope of work. Most offices pay a flat rate, typically billed every four weeks.
How often should an office be professionally cleaned?
Most offices need professional cleaning at least once a week, and busy offices often need it several times a week or nightly. Headcount matters more than square footage, and restrooms and break rooms usually set the schedule because they get dirty fastest.
What’s included in a standard office cleaning?
A standard Rocket office cleaning covers restroom cleaning and sanitizing, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, break room cleaning, and upkeep of common areas and entryways. We write the exact task list into a cleaning plan for your office, based on your priorities, schedule and traffic patterns. In Colorado Springs, sand and deicer tracked in all winter make vacuuming at every visit especially important. If you want something covered that isn’t on the list, bring it up during the walkthrough.
Can you clean after business hours so work isn’t disrupted?
Yes. Rocket offers 24/7 scheduling, so we can clean any day or time, including evenings and overnight. Most offices prefer cleaning after staff leave, so nobody has to work around a mop bucket or a wet floor. If your office runs extended or unusual hours, we’ll set a cleaning time that fits around your team.
How often should office restrooms be cleaned?
Office restrooms should be cleaned every time your office is serviced, and in a busy office that usually means daily. Restroom cleaning and sanitizing is part of every Rocket office cleaning, and a day porter can keep restrooms in shape during the workday.
Do you clean break rooms and kitchens?
Yes, break room cleaning is part of every Rocket office cleaning. A clean break room is one of the first things employees notice, and one of the first places a slipping cleaning service shows. The specific break room tasks are written into your cleaning plan after the walkthrough.
Do you clean small offices, or only large buildings?
We clean offices of 2,000 square feet and up. Our focus is offices and commercial spaces that need recurring cleaning weekly or more often. If your space meets that size, the walkthrough is free and there’s no obligation.
How do you handle confidential documents and secure areas in our office?
We agree on any off-limits rooms and how you want papers and desks handled before the first cleaning, so expectations are set from day one. Every Rocket cleaner is background checked, trained and goes through a rigorous one-month trial period before working in a client’s office. Rocket is also 100% Insured, Licensed and Bonded.
Do you disinfect high-touch surfaces like door handles and shared desks?
Routine visits focus on restrooms, dusting and shared areas, with restroom sanitizing included every time. For a deeper treatment of the whole space, Rocket contract clients can add electrostatic disinfecting, one time or on a recurring schedule, which applies disinfectant evenly across hard-to-reach surfaces.
How soon can you start cleaning our office?
We reply to your request the same business day, and the walkthrough usually happens within two days. You’ll get a written proposal after that, and once you approve it, we set a start date around your schedule and, if you’re switching providers, your current agreement.
Can someone keep the office tidy during the workday?
Yes. Our day porter service puts the same porter in your office every day, for shifts of 3 to 8 hours, to handle restroom checks, break room resets, meeting room turnovers and spills. It pairs well with after-hours office cleaning: the porter handles the day, and the evening cleaning takes care of the rest.
