We reply the same business day to set up a time that suits you.
Licensed, bonded and insured. Nothing is signed at the walkthrough.
The Process
What happens after you submit
Nothing is signed at the walkthrough, and nobody will push you to.
We call you
Same business day. The call is short: what kind of building, roughly how big, what is going wrong with the cleaning you have now.
We walk the building
Usually within a few days, at a time that suits you. This takes thirty to sixty minutes for most facilities. We look at traffic patterns, floor types, restroom counts, soil levels and the problem areas you already know about.
You get a written proposal
Line by line scope, frequencies per area, and a flat monthly price. We walk it through with you so the standard is agreed before anyone starts.
Optional
What to have ready
None of this is required, and the walkthrough works without it. It does make the number more accurate on the first pass.
Approximate square footage, or a floor plan if you have one
How many people use the building, and the hours it runs
What your current cleaning costs, if you have a vendor now
Anything that has specifically been going wrong
Access constraints: alarm codes, badge systems, elevator lockouts, after hours restrictions
Whether you need a certificate of insurance, and what your lease requires on it
If you need someone tonight
Floods, post incident cleanups and anything that cannot wait for a scheduled visit go to the phone, not this form.
Call (719) 314-2400. The line is answered around the clock.
Scheduled floor work runs on its own calendar. Emergencies do not wait for one.
Questions
Before you ask for a quote
What people usually want settled before they book the visit.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We would rather quote your building accurately than sell you a package over the phone.
Do I have to be there for the walkthrough?
Someone who knows the building should be, since half the value is hearing what has been going wrong. It does not have to be the person who signs.
Will you match a lower bid?
We will show you exactly what is in our scope and what is in theirs. Bids in this trade are usually separated by what has been left out, not by margin.
What if we are still under contract with another company?
That is normal and it is worth talking early. We can time a start around your notice period and run parallel for the first few nights if your agreement requires it. See taking over an existing contract.
Start with a walkthrough of your building
We look at the floors, the traffic patterns and the problem areas you already know about, then put a written scope and a flat monthly price in front of you.
