Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and not to any third party site we link to.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit one of our quote forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the facility type you select. The estimate form also asks for approximate square footage and a description of your current cleaning situation. When you call or email, we keep what you tell us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit. Our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs that include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the site that referred you. We use these logs to keep the site secure and running.

We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing tags on this site. If we add any, we will update this policy before they go live.

Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy.

Cookies. This site does not use cookies to track you. Our hosting and security providers may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or sensitive personal information through this website. Do not send that information through our forms.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and schedule a walkthrough of your facility
  • To prepare and send a proposal
  • To communicate with you about services you have asked about or that we provide
  • To maintain records of our business relationship
  • To keep the website secure and working
  • To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When we share it

We share information only in these situations:

Service providers. Companies that operate this site and our business systems, such as web hosting, email, and any CRM or scheduling software, have access to the information needed to do their work. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Professional advisors. Our accountant, insurer or attorney, where relevant.

Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena or court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of it. You would be notified.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become clients are kept for two years, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us.

Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterward as required for tax, insurance and legal purposes, typically seven years.

How we protect it

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information, including a secure connection (HTTPS) on this website and access controls on our systems.

No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Your rights

Colorado residents. The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado consumers rights over personal data held by businesses that meet its thresholds, including the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Whether or not the Act applies to a business of our size, we honor the requests below.

Everyone. Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop contacting you

To make a request, email paul@rocketcleaningsolutions.com or call (719) 314-2400. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

There is no charge for a request and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Marketing messages

We do not currently send marketing email or text messages. If we start, every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, and we will get your consent before sending any marketing texts.

Messages about a job in progress, a proposal you requested, or an existing account are not marketing and will continue while we work together.

Children

This site is for business customers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third party links

Our site links to third parties such as our Facebook page. Once you follow a link, that company's privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. If we make a material change to how we handle information, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the page.
